"I booked this as a surprise birthday present for my friend. Neither of us had done this before so we were a little bit nervous. However, our lovely instructor Glynn made us feel at ease and throughout the session he ensured we were safe and informed us of any issues or obstacles ahead of us and how to manage them. The course included a variety of terrains which made it exciting and lots of fun. We would definitely go again and highly recommend it."
